Online pre-registration is recommended for the purpose of collection and distribution
of registration materials, and also for the convenience of the participants.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee and lunch
breaks, and course materials. There are two types of registration
fees:
- International participant USD 350.00
- International student USD 200.00
- Local participant MYR 400.00
- Local student MYR 200.00

payment methods
We accept a number of payment modes, including:
- Cash (in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollars (USD)
only)
- Cheques
- Bank drafts
- Telegraphic transfer
- Local Purchase Order (LPO) (for Malaysian Government sectors
only)
All cheques and bank drafts must be made payable to Pusat Perubatan
Universiti Malaya, and mailed to:

Bank, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Acceptance to the course is on a first-come first
served basis with full payment. Payment by Pesanan Kerajaan
from government institutions must be made for purpose of Bayaran
yuran pendaftaran and received before 16 June 2004.
Bank charges are to be deducted from the participating organisation's
own account and the full fee must be received by the organiser.
Please notify us in writing or via fax within 15 days of transfer
in order for the proper credits to be applied.
A reservation can only be confirmed when full payment is received.
On receipt of such payment, you will be issued an official receipt
and a letter stating registration time, cancellation details, and
directions to the venue. If you have not received confirmation of
your booking prior to the event, please contact us to ensure your
registration is received.
Note that all non-cash payments must be made before 16 June 2005.
The official receipt must be presented at the registration as a
proof of payment.
Please do not send cash through the mail. We shall not be held responsible
for any losses incurred.
